Open to all regardless the level.
14 hours non stop training, with a break of 1h30mn in between.
Starting Friday July 22.2022 at 8:30am to 12pm , break , back to training at 1:30pm until 5pm.
Sunday July 24.2022 starting at 8:30am to 12pm , break , back to training at 1:30pm until 5pm.
This training is open to all participants in good shape.
